Jerome Fitch Candelaria, Vice President and Counsel, Regulatory Affairs, has been with CCTA for more than 15 years where he has represented the cable industry on regulatory matters before the FCC, CPUC, and other state agencies. He currently serves as the national cable industry representative on the FCC’s North American Numbering Council (NANC), Vice-Chair of the State Emergency Communications Committee, and is a member of California’s General Order 95/128 RulesCommittee. This year Jerome completed his term as President of the Conference of California Public Utility Counsel (CCPUC), California’s Specialty Bar for those who practice before the Public Utilities Commission. Prior to joining CCTA, Jerome was an associate at the firms of Wright & Talisman and Orrick Herrington, where he represented clients from the wireless, energy, water, and trucking industries. Before practicing law, Jerome served with both the United States Marines and Navy. Jerome is a graduate of the Naval School of Health Sciences, the University of California, Berkeley, and the Harvard Law School.
